✨ Main Street Downtown Greenfield Board Retreat ✨

On Saturday our Main Street Downtown Greenfield Board kicked off 2026 with our annual Board Retreat and what a great day it was.

We spent four hours together reviewing last year’s goals, discussing what is working, what can be improved, and what we want to expand on moving forward. These meetings are so important because they help us stay intentional and organized as we continue working to keep downtown Greenfield vibrant, welcoming, and thriving.

We had 16 board members and committee leaders in attendance. That is 64 volunteer hours dedicated to the mission in just one day. We are incredibly grateful for the time, ideas, and energy that our volunteers continue to invest in our community.

A huge thank you to Cathy Rivas for being such a wonderful host and for welcoming us into her space at Dancing on Tabletops Studio. It was the perfect place to gather, brainstorm, and plan for an exciting year ahead.

We also want to take a moment to recognize leadership transitions and welcome new faces.

Thank you to Shari Royse-Bellar for her year of presidency in 2025. Your time and dedication to Main Street is truly appreciated.
